A patron at a bar in downtown Port of Spain last night, on the news that the curfew imposed for the last two and a half months had been lifted.

However, civil liberties remain restricted in Trinidad and Tobago until time and date on which the Government are as silent as the cause for imposition of Emergency Powers in 2011.
